Do You Want A Second Life?

The  Second Life will be much better than the First one!

The Second Life is about living life your way because you don’t care what others think anymore, this is your life and you’re making it over!

We live in a time where there are limitless opportunities all you have to do is open your mind to see what you’ve been missing.

Whatever career you want you can modify it to fit your age if necessary.

So no more thinking about being too old for this or for that!

It’s about figuring it out.

Steps for Creating a Second Life

1. Stop Settling! What’s Settling?

It’s when you don’t love something but you do it anyway!

For example:

The car you drive looks old and you are a little embarrassed when you drive it but it’s just easier and cheaper to keep driving it instead of upgrading to In Love Therapy Moviesomething that you love.

Or the job you’ve had for years with the same job title and the same pay, and you know you are not happy being there.

Even though you are barely surviving you stay there year after year because it’s easy.

Finding a job you love doesn’t really take that much effort you are just stuck in a routine.

Today is a good day to do something different anything different!

2. Stop Listening to the negative people in your life that aren’t doing anything with their life.

When you share your dreams with others and they give you a list of reasons why they can not happen.

Or maybe you do this to yourself.

Take a minute to think about where your life is right now.

What do you have to lose?

3.  Become self-aware of your thoughts.

Know what the recording is saying that is playing inside your head.

We all have one whether you are aware of it or not.

The recording in your head is filled with past programming, past pain, and past failures which create low self-esteem and can block you from changing your life.

4.  How are you spending your time?

Everyone on the planet has one definite thing in common, we all only get 24 hours in a day.

Now, we get to choose how we spend that time and how we spend that time determines our present and future.

So, if you are struggling with any issue take a look at how you spend your time.

5. What do you want?

Knowing how you want to live will help you with creating your Second Life.

Because your Second life should look, feel, and be totally different from the life you are living now.

Journal writing is one of the best ways to figure out what you want and how you want to live.

Most of us spend our lives following the crowd because we want to fit in and be like everyone else.

So we can sit around with each other and complain about our lives.

Misery always has loved company and always will!

6. Are you willing to change?

Living is one thing surviving is another.

Change is the only way to create a new life, so if you think it’s too hard or too much work now is the time to change that thinking.

Things are never as hard as you think instead it’s your mind playing tricks on you.

7. Do you take care of your health?

If don’t take care of yourself, why?

Being happy starts with being healthy!

Check out what I use black seed oil to get my immune system strong and healthy.

Look at the people around you and in your community, are they sick or healthy?

Some people settle for being sick because there are medicines that will keep them alive.

Also as you age, your hair can start to thin, skin gets dull, and fatigue makes you move slower than you want to.

The way you look will affect your self-esteem and self-confidence so pay attention to yourself.

So I take collagen powder to help me slow down the aging process so I can keep my youthfulness.

Here’s the thing being alive is not the same thing as living.

I know you want to eat what you want even if it’s causing you health problems because that is what everyone else is doing.

It’s time to stand up for your life!

8. What is the easy thing for you to change right now?

It could be something as simple as changing the way you wear your hair.

If you’ve had the same hairstyle for years now is a good time to do some research.

Making even a small change start to create momentum and make you feel like you are making progress in your life.

Progress will make you look for other things to change and before you know you’ve created a new life that makes you happy.

What are you waiting for?

9. Discover what is holding you back.

Sometimes old programming creates negative thoughts about certain actions which are blocking you from taking those first steps.

Figure out the old programming by writing your beliefs down in your journal.

If it seems too overwhelming that is because you are thinking about several things at once.

Change happens one step at a time that way you don’t become overloaded which could cause you to give up.

10. It’s time to think of other ways to make more money.

Creating more money in your life will eliminate the thinking about and worrying about money,

It’s time to stop spending time at a job you do not like and that does not pay you what you deserve.

How are you going to make more money?

Start with your hobbies, whatever you are willing to do for free is a good place to start.

Maybe you are 41 or 61 and if so should you throw in the towel and say this is as good as it gets! I don’t think so!

Want to start a business? Do it now!

If you’ve been thinking about starting your own business, what are you waiting for?

This is the age of the internet all you need to get started is an idea and a website.

In some cases, you might not even need a website in the beginning.

Want to make money blogging or sell products online.

Need a higher-paying job?

Having a business isn’t for everyone so instead start thinking about your skills and see what the job market has to offer.

I know you think it’s easier to stay where you are but you might regret it during the golden age of life.

Especially if you have to rely on others to take care of you.

Look at the older people around you in your everyday life are most of the stable, happy, healthy or sickly and struggling?

The more important question is how do you want to look, feel and live when you reach their age
